Other processes such as fermentation and curing too take an important part of it. It is actually the correctness of each of these processes which is responsible for the flavor, aroma and taste of a cigar.
There is surely nothing wrong if you buy machine made cigars. They are in fact no less than hand rolled cigars and are of the premium variety as well. The blend, taste, aroma and feel, every aspect of cigars is just the same as hand rolled cigar.
